No!! The FDA is considering allowing chocolate makers to produce 'chocolate' without cocoa butter! This is an outrage to any of us who are huge chocolate fans. The products in question are already legal for sale as 'chocolatey' or 'chocolate-flavored' food, but this change would allow them to be called chocolate when they are not. The government just loves to redefine words under our feet, eh? Please visit and tell the FDA what you think of this change by the deadline tomorrow!
